TekRex Case Study: Autonomous ForkliftMorgan Humburg
A client needed assistance with diagnosing and resolving some electrical cabling issues that they were experiencing with their autonomous forklift prototype.
Welcome to another installment in TekRex’s case studies video series. Here at TekRex, our focus on our clients’ success has led to some remarkable solutions, some of which we’ll dive into here.
This case study involves a client who designed an autonomous forklift that uses artificial intelligence to navigate through warehouses independent of human control. This design was already in the prototyping phase, but they found that the forklift was encountering undiagnosed electrical cabling issues that caused the system to not function as intended.
Watch the video below to see our Engineering Staffing services in action.
The client utilized TekRex’s Engineering Staffing services to help diagnose and resolve the issues. After hiring our team’s electrical design engineers, we analyzed the issues and designed schematics and cable harnesses that follow best practices for wiring.
Though TekRex was hired late into the development process, our team was able to quickly resolve the problems so that the client could maintain their original schedule. By bringing our team onto this project, the client ultimately saved money while still getting expert-level care for this issue.
